About us
Kairos Global is a civil association that aims to train young leaders interested in Democracy and Human Rights. Founded by Máximo Fernández in the City of Buenos Aires in 2019, it currently has more than 40 active volunteers and 3 programs in operation. To date, more than 1,500 young people have participated directly or indirectly in our organization.
Mission
Develop and enhance areas of discussion that contribute to the efficient development of the State, the dissemination of Human Rights and the strengthening of democracy and institutions, through the observation of public administration, multidisciplinary research and broad debate among various sectors, carrying out a free and deep reflection on the great contemporary challenges.
Vision
We work for a society in which political freedom and democratic equality fully prevail, within the framework of a State that is efficient in public management, promoter of sustainable development and proactive in the implementation of public policies aimed at institutional strengthening.
