Our team is made up of young leaders in various areas, promoting the participation and commitment of the new generations.

Executive Director
Maximo Fernandez
Maximo Fernandez is a political scientist (UBA). He is a professor at the University of Buenos Aires in the subjects Society and State, Political Theory and Public Law and Political Science.
He has more than 15 years of experience in social volunteering, giving talks, workshops and coordinating groups of young leaders in different provinces and cities of Argentina.
He has been awarded two scholarships by the US Department of State (Young Ambassadors programs and Leadership program for international visitors).
Máximo has also participated in debate and leadership forums at the UN (Vienna and Geneva).

Program Manager - Youth Diplomats
Gianluca Piran Fuselli
Gianluca is a student of Law (UBA) and Political Science (UNSJ). He had the opportunity to lead initiatives for international organizations focused on peace and human rights in Egypt and Canada. Since 2012 he has actively participated in educational simulations in Argentina, Cuba, the United States and Uruguay, being invited as an authority in Panama, the Dominican Republic, Colombia and Mexico. He represented the country at the World Youth Festival (Russia), the World Youth Forum (Egypt) and the World Forum for Democracy (France). He was a speaker at international forums such as YOUNGO, One Young World and the South American Business Forum. He has been a fellow of the Hiroshima-ICAN Academy (Japan) and The Fund of American Studies (Chile).

Program Manager - Youth for Democracy
Juan Ignacio Gutierrez Julián
Advanced student of International Relations at the National University of Rosario. A former U.S. State Department fellow, he has been a volunteer at Kairos since 2019. Passionate about public diplomacy and space affairs, he is currently researching Argentina's international insertion in the space field in the 21st century.

HR Manager
Marcos Giordano
He is an advanced student of International Relations (Austral University) and Economics (UBA). He is also studying two Diplomas: Human Rights (Austral) and Economic, Social, Cultural and Political Rights at UBA. He is currently a visiting professor/project coordinator in the social area at a secondary school; coordinator/co-founder of a snack bar with tutoring assistance and Academic Secretary of Youth Diplomats. He has 10 years of experience in various charitable organizations. He has a deep interest in national public service and in issues related to human rights, security, diplomacy, cooperation and regional integration.
